I make my baklava with macadamia nuts, and call it "Hawaiian Baklava".
It's a big hit, along with the kouign-amann you see here to the left, and my chocolate bombs you can see me making on the right. They can be filled with really anything. The homemade caramel & marshmallow filling seems to be the favorite.
